Construction Bank also to regroup

Wang Xuebing, governor of China Construction Bank (CCB) and former governor of the Bank of China(BOC), believed that the restructuring of BOC meets the requirements of business development and is a general trend. CCB also intends to regroup its domestic subsidiaries in two to three years.

Wang also said that CCB has no plan yet to purchase banking business in Hong Kong, as it already has a branch in Hong Kong and business cooperation with Daxin Finance, a Hong Kong bank.
