China to host int'l forum on ecology, environmental protectionChina will host an international forum on ecology and environmental protection in the port city of Qingdao, in east China's Shandong Province, on April 27-28.The forum is being organized according to the proposals of environmental protection officials, financial experts and entrepreneurs from developed countries. High-ranking officials from Germany, Luxembourg, the United States, Britain, Brazil, China and international organizations, as well as world-famous environmental experts and representatives of environmental protection enterprises are expected to attend the forum and will focus on discussing how to effect a harmonious development of economy, society and the environmental protection industry.
