Over 20 students responded to an ads in a newspaper for the position of teacher aide and student counselor at the college. The four sophomores will make a comprehensive assessment of students according to their performance. Liu Zhilin, the director of the students affairs office at the college, said that the school will evaluate and check on the performances of the four sophomores each semester.
