China Congratulates Japan on New Prime MinisterThe Chinese government has congratulated Yoshiro Mori on his election as the new prime minister of Japan, said Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Sun Yuxi in Beijing on April 5.He said the Chinese government, together with the Japanese government, is willing to make unremitting efforts to continue to promote the development of the cross-century Sino-Japanese friendship and cooperation.
