Lucent Technologies to Cooperate with High-tech Companies
Qingdao Lucent Technologies recently signed an agreement with Fujian Hongzhi Technology Company acting on which the two parties will go into close cooperation in paging business.
Lucent is a telecommunication enterprise known to the world while Hongzhi Company is a newly-emerging high-tech company in China. Cooperation between the two companies can help them form close ties in developing business enterprises and terminal users and keeping them timely well informed of the actual needs of customers in China.
At present, the Great Dragon Information Technology Co. Ltd has signed cooperation memorandum with Lucent according to which they will go into full cooperation in developing wireless local telephone business in cities. Wireless local phones by the two companies with advanced high-power micro-cellular technology will be well endowed with the same high quality of wire phones, in addition to some mobile functions special to their own. The cooperation projected will further improve and perfect wireless local phone application technology in China.
