Four Germans Killed by Burglars in East China

A German family of four have been killed in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu province by four burglars who broke into their residence. 51-year-old Juergen Pfrang found the thieves in his house early Sunday morning. He struggled with them and was killed. His wife, son and daughter were also killed.

Pfrang was deputy general manager of Yaxing-Benz, a Sino-German automotive joint venture in Yangzhou, Jiangsu.

The murderers were arrested on the spot by police, who rushed to the scene after receiving a report from guards of the residential area.
