State Council Bulletins Donated to Western Townships
The State Council bulletins for the year will be donated to all governments at the township-level in west China's Qinghai Province and the Tibet Autonomous Region.
This idea was sponsored by the General Office of the State Council in a bid to support the development of western China and help promote the implementation of the State's policies at the grassroots level, officials said in Beijing Tuesday.
The action has also received the support of several key state-owned enterprises, the officials said.
