Tianjin residents vote for commnunity leaders

70-year-old Dong Xiaoying (C) casts ballot to elect the officials of Residents' Committee of the Dongfengli Street in coastal Tianjin city March 26, 2000. Residents of other 13 communities in the city have exercised their vote right to choose community leaders. Some of the directly elected leaders have assumed their postions.
