China Introduces International Marine InvoicesDomestic and overseas marine firms and shipping agencies will start to use the international marine invoice from April, 1, 2000. According to China's tax and communications authorities, there are two invoices: one for shipping enterprises and the other for shipping agencies. These new invoices will be filled in on a computer.
