Zhangzhou Made Largest Green Food Producing Base in South China

There are 10 categories in 53 varieties of safe, pollution-free, high-quality, nutritious green food that have been developed in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, in accordance with international market demand.

Zhangzhou Green Food Producing Base has been run over an area of 180,000 mu (1 hectare = 15 mu )of land. It has green food production carried out with no chemical fertilizer applied, with an annual income of over 400 million yuan achieved. Among these are included 20,000 mu that have been grown to a wide variety of fruit species as banana, mandarin, pineapple and sweet saddock, along with some rare species as longan with an output to take over 90% of Fujian.

Zhangzhou is also equally known for pollution-free production of some name brand products as its Baxian tea, litch, oyster, abalone, crisp bamboo slice and oil bamboo products much sought after both in domestic markets and abroad.
