Fuzhou Cracking Down on Illicit Man Trafficking

The last three months have seen notable success achieved by local coast police in its crackdown on illicit human trafficking in Fuzhou, hence a 70% and 90% cut of like illicit cases and the number of people falling victim to illicit human trafficking in the province of Fujian.

By March 10, the arrests made by Fuzhou coast police force were placed at a total of 171 for illicit human trafficking. Among these lawbreaking elements rounded up for illicit human trafficking and delivery are included 12 culprits already wanted by departments concerned and 17 others on the list of fugitives to be arrested. In the first quarter of this year, only 6 illicit human trafficking cases involving 17 fugitives were cracked to show a reduction in the number of like cases in Fuzhou

According to departments concerned, rigorous measures are being taken by local coast police in a joint effort with other law-enforcement forces to give a crushing blow to criminal illicit human trafficking in Fuzhou. Authoritative sources say the crackdown will continue to chase out the culprits at large and take their criminal activities for illicit human trafficking to law.
