Shanghai to Host International Eye Disease Forum

Asia's first international forum on eye aberrations such as near-sightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism is to be held in Shanghai from April 13-16.

Attending the forum will be more than 450 Chinese and overseas ophthalmologists from the U.S., Japan, Germany, Australia, and Columbia, who will discuss state-of-the-art surgical techniques and opportunities for cooperation.

The activity, sponsored by the International Dioptric Surgery Academy, will include an exhibition of surgical equipment provided by more than 30 Chinese and overseas manufacturers.
