Xie Hui Gets His Third Goal in German Second League

Chinese player Xie Hui scored his third goal in the German second division soccer league to help Alemmania Aachen draw with Waldhof Mannheim 1-1 in a 22nd round match on Sunday.

The match arouse much interest of Chinese fans because both teams own a Chinese player. However, Zhou Ning of Mannheim missed the chance to contest with Xie on the field as he was sidelined on Sunday.

In the 45th minute, Mannheim took the lead through a penalty shot and Xie Hui leveled for Aachen in the 75th minute. It is his third goal in German League since he moved to Aachen from Shanghai Shenhua of China.

Following are the results of the second division: SV Waldhof Mannheim drew with Alemannia Aachen 1-1 VfL Bochum bt Red-White Oberhausen 1-0 Stuttgarter Kickers lost to SpVgg Greuther Fuereth 1-5 Fortuna Cologne drew Hannover 96 1-1 The match between Tennis Borussia Berlin and FC Cologne will be played on Monday evening.
