Monday, March 13, 2000, updated at 16:16(GMT+8) China Consul Wood Planted at Seven Star Crags in GuangdongJointly organized by Government of Zhaoqing City, Foreign Affairs Office of Guangdong Province and the South China Edition of People's Daily, the councilors of 16 countries of the USA, Japan, Thailand, Poland and Britain in Guangzhou, went, in spite of the rain, to take part in the tree planting activity in Zhaoqing on the morning of Mar 11.
