Robert Bosch Co. Confident of Investment In China

Germany's Robert Bosch GmbH, one of the world's top 100 enterprises, has shown great confidence in expanding its business in China in the new century.

So said Gotthard Romberg, executive president of the company, yesterday in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, which is the largest user of investment from the German company.

Headquartered in Stuttgart, the company has so far invested more than 500 million US dollars in China in six joint ventures and two wholly owned enterprises.

In Jiangsu Province, the Robert Bosch company has invested in four enterprises dealing in auto parts and household appliances which are reportedly performing well.
