Alleviating Burdens of Rural Enterprises Urged

A decision to clean up and call off all charges, fines, fund raises and other items that are incompatible to laws and regulations and imposed to rural enterprises has been made by the State Council lately.

To this target, the State Council demanded the establishment of "Measures on Supervising and Managing Rural Enterprises' Burdens" as soon as possible and to make efforts for furthering the alleviation of rural enterprises' burdens.

The decision made a clear that the Rural Enterprises Law should be implemented to the letter and activities to aggravate burdens of rural enterprises must be brought to a stall. Arbitrary charges to rural enterprises will be strictly punished, the decision also said.

What is more, a joint meeting between ministries of the State Council is going to be set up to guide, supervise, check, organize and harmonize the work of the alleviation of rural enterprises' burdens.
