TV Series "Men's Heritage" Will Be On in Beijing

Under the support of World Heritage Center of UNESCO, "Men's Heritage", large TV series produced by Beijing TV Station, will be on in Beijing.

Lu Ying, the chief editor of Beijing TV Station said that many cultural relics and heritage in the world are facing destruction and are going to disappear as a result of erosion, environment pollution and influence of human activities. The series aim to arouse people's awareness to protect world culture and nature heritage.

Acting on "World Heritage List" published by the UNESCO, with themes ranging from China's Zhoukoudian (site of Beijing Man) to pyramids of ancient Egypt by the Nile, the TV series have taken altogether five years to complete.
