Charges of Some Public Items Rise

Wang Yang, vice-minister of the State Development Planning Commission, disclosed during an interview with the journalists on February 24 that prices of some public items, such as natural gas, water supply, urban public traffic service, and education, will be appropriately raised while "taking the bearing capacity of enterprises and residents into full account so as to give guidance to investment through the pricing policy.
