Internal Trade Bureau to Expedite Industrial Management of Chinese Fast Food Sector

This year, National Internal Trade Bureau will intensify its efforts in guidance and support to key Chinese fast food enterprises, to promoting chain operation, technological innovation and management training, so as to speed up the development of industrial management of the Chinese fast food sector.

In recent years, China's fast food sector has maintained a rapid growth. Nevertheless, China still lags far behind the developed countries due to the slow development in the variety of Chinese foods and in the inadequate use of science and technology in this sector. To achieve substantive breakthrough in the development of Chinese fast food, China must get rid of the traditional operational method and take the road of industrial management. Sources say that an International Fast Food Equipment and Technology Fair will be held by the Internal Trade Bureau in Beijing this April, which is aimed mainly at raising the level of China's fast food technology and equipment. During the event, a seminar will be held to discuss the trend of and plan for the development of Chinese fast food sector.
