Shiro Azuma to Seek Help From China

Shiro Azuma, an ex-Japanese soldier during World War II, lost his lawsuit on January 21, but he did not yield to the unreasonable verdict given by Tokyo Supreme Court, he will come to China for the third time on February 27, expressing his apology and seeking help from Chinese people, he will continue uncovering the monstrous atrocities committed by the Japanese invaders.

Azuma and members of the Azuma lawyer jury will come to China at the invitation of People's Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall and two other departments. During his stay in Beijing, Azuma will explain to Beijingers the harm of the wrong verdict made by the Tokyo Supreme Court by ignoring all the pieces of convincing evidence he had provided and that he will discuss with Internet users on Sohu.com the harm of the anti-China adverse current stirred up by the Japanese Right-wing forces.

He will attend the ceremony celebrating the first publication of the book "Shrio Azuma Diary Picture Evidence" published by China Encyclopedia Press. The People's Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall and World Knowledge Press are now organizing personnel to translate " Azuma Diary (Sep.1938---Sep. 1939)" which will be published on April 27, on the same day, the People's Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall will hold an exhibition illustrating the whole process of his lawsuit. Azuma will also give a report in the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall and Shenyang September 18 Incident Memorial Hall.
