To avoid conflicts in domain names and protect the interests of the registered domain name user, the CNNIC has established temporary regulatory procedures. Yan Yixun, vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences, says that this is a big event in the history of the Internet, which will have an enormous impact on Chinese around the world because it is not only about the competition for domain resources, it is also about the values of Chinese and Western culture.
