East China's Zhejiang Province has approved 61 investment projects, including 49 trade projects, to be developed abroad in the first ten months of this year. The total investment for these projects will reach nearly 20 million US dollars, 16 million US dollars of which will be provided by the Chinese side, a local source said. The projects include trade, textiles, food, transportation, and engineering development. This move will increase Zhejiang's involvement in the international market and help upgrade the industrial structure of the province, authorities say. Projects Zhejiang has invested in abroad have also greatly spurred the province's exports, they added. |
