The Fifth China Food Expo and Trade Fair opened November 26 in Wuhan, the capital of central China's Hubei Province. Over 20,000 people around the country participated in the Expo, sponsored by the State Administration of Internal Trade and local governments. Zhang Shiyao, president of the China Culinary Society, is delighted that food displays at the Expo are mostly fresh produce and ready made food.
