Kui Fulin, deputy chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), met with D. Bazarsad, visiting director of the Mongolian Administration of Frontier Forces and commander of frontier forces on November 9.

The two sides signed an agreement on border cooperation between the Chinese Defense Ministry and the Mongolian Administration of Frontier Forces.
