Mongolian Prime Minister's China Trip to Enhance Bilateral Ties: Spokeswoman

The upcoming China visit by Mongolian Prime Minister Renchinnyamyn Amarjargal will further foster long-term, stable, good-neighborly and mutual-trust Sino- Mongolian relations, said Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue on November 4.

In reply to a question at a routine press conference, Zhang said President Jiang Zemin will meet with the Mongolian prime minister during his stay here, and Premier Zhu Rongji is to hold working talks with his Mongolian counterpart. Moreover, Zhang noted, the two countries will also sign an agreement concerning China's aid to Mongolia, and the Mongolian prime minister is expected to take part in the commemorative activities marking the 50th anniversary of the forging of Sino- Mongolian diplomatic ties.

Prime Minister Amarjargal will pay a working visit to China from November 5 to 8, at the invitation of Premier Zhu Rongji.
