Orderly Labor Flow Required ĦĦĦĦThe Ministry of Labor and Social Security has recently issued an urgent notice, calling for organizing orderly labor float around the Spring Festival holidays and controlling blind outflow of rural labor. ĦĦĦĦThe notice also requires that labor-export regions should strictly observe the related orders by the General Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, discourage and prevent new and blind laborers from floating, publicize the regulation that new rural labor will not be recruited until the end of March, and also do a good job of employing rural laborers locally.
