Benxi Steel Group Lets Go of 22 Subsidiaries to Develop ĦĦĦĦTaking their own road to develop while being held responsible for their own loss or economic gains are now 22 companies as former subsidiaries of Benxi Group. To earmark Benxi Group's success and breakthrough in the effort for a restructuring of assets these 22 have been given full legal status since January 1 this year. As a result of this, there has been brought about a reduction by Benxi itself in workforce to 30,000 from former 86,000 for a per-capita 3-time raise of productivity in steel production.
