Mike Tyson Facing New Punishment
Mike Tyson will learn Wednesday whether he will lose privileges and credit for good behavior for throwing a TV last Friday during an outburst at Montgomery County Correction Center.
Tyson faces a closed hearing at the center Wednesday and a ruling will be announced after that.
Department spokesman Eric Seleznow said jail officials cited Tyson for destruction of property, assault on correctional staff and disorderly conduct. A disciplinary panel will measure Tyson's level of responsibility. Penalties could include loss of privileges and credit for good behavior in time served.
