ĦĦĦĦAn earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale jolted the sea southeast of Hualien, Taiwan, at 21:48 (Beijing Time) on February 23, according to the China Seismological Bureau.
ĦĦĦĦThe bureau reported that the epicenter is located at 23.8 degrees north latitude and 122.9 degrees east longitude.
