Holiday Makers Return to Hong Kong
¡¡¡¡Crowds of Hong Kong residents have recently returned home from their Spring Festival holidays. A total of 324,600 holiday makers returned Sunday, registering a one-day record number during the Chinese Lunar New Year holidays. Of these returnees, 174,000 crossed the Lowu border, a major boundary check-point, Sunday, when the number of holiday-makers returning from the mainland reached its peak.
