Strengthening Capital Construction of Farmland ĦĦĦĦIn view of the condition of flood in the previous year, the Ministry of Agriculture requested all local governments to put the work of leveling ground, restoring water conservancy facilities destroyed by flood and improving irrigation conditions of farmland at the first place in this year's winter-spring agriculture work.
