Active Preparations for 'Three-Stresses" Education Under Way Nationwide 　　Following the issuance of the CPC Central Committee's document, "Opinions On Launching In-depth Education in Party Spirit and Party Style Focused On 'Stressing Study, Politics and Healthy Atmosphere' Among Party and Government Leading Bodies and Leading Cadres at and Above the County Level", particularly after the convening of the video conference on mobilizing and launching in-depth "three-stresses" education (stressing study, politics and healthy atmosphere), the country's 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, with the exception of Shandong Province and Guangxi Zhuang and Inner Mongolian autonomous regions which are carrying out experimental work related to the "three-stresses" education among provincial-level leading bodies in accordance with the arrangements of the central government, other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities are making active preparations, so as to lay a solid foundation for deepening the "three-stresses" education level by level and group by group from upper to lower level in the spirit of rectification within a concentrated period of time. 　　The work is being carried out in the following procedures: 1. Conducting thorough mobilization and enhancing ideological understanding. Party committees of various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities unanimously agreed that carrying out Party-spirit and Party-style education focused on the "three-stresses" education in the spirit of rectification within a concentrated period of time is an important move in strengthening construction of leading bodies and improving the quality of leading cadres under the new situation, they have firm determination to carry the education campaign to success. 2. Making early arrangements for study, laying a solid foundation. 3. Extensively soliciting opinions, finding outstanding problems. And 4.
