India, Pak to Sign "No-War Treaty"
Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee announced yesterday that India will negotiate with Pakistan on signing "No-War Treaty" between the two nations.
Vajpayee will get on a long-distance bus from Delhi (India) to Lahore (Pakistan) and hold talks with his Pakistan counterpart Nawaz Sharif on this issue.
India wants to discuss with Pakistan on not being the first to use nuclear weapons, the Kashmir problem and some other issues at any level, Vajpayee said.
