Selection of State-Funded Personnel Studying Abroad Starts ĦĦĦĦThe National Study Abroad Fund Administration announced lately the fund plans ratified by the Ministry of Education to provide 2300 persons with financial aid to study abroad in 1999. Personnel selection will be carried out openly on a nationwide scale. Authorized by the Fund Administration, the Education Committees and Personnel Departments in every province and central foreign affairs offices of ministries will be put in charge of accepting applications and making preliminary screening.
