Xiao Yang Urges Accepting NPC's Supervision 　　Supervision from the National People's Congress and its standing committee represents the greatest care, support, help and guidance for the operations of the law courts. 　　The remarks were made earlier by Xiao Yang, president of the Supreme People's Court, in a panel discussion with some deputies of the National People's Congress in Hubei. 　　He demanded that the Supreme People's Court and the people's courts at all levels must tighten their ties with the masses on their own and take the initiative to accept the supervision from the National People's Congress. 　　The Minister said that judicial justice is the life and soul and the basic requirement of a people's court.
