Kazakhstan Parliament Approves Additional Border Document With China 　　Kazakhstan's parliament on Wednesday ratified the second additional document of the Kazakhstan-China Border agreement, Kazakhstan Interfax news agency reported. 　　Before the parliament gave the go-ahead for the accord, Foreign Minister Kasymzhomart Tokayev gave a speech, stressing the border agreement with China, signed last July , will further guarantee Kazakhstan's state security. 　　He also said the agreement marks the end of border disputes between the two countries.
