Speeding up Construction of Technological Innovation System Demanded ĦĦĦĦIt is the task put forward by Vice Minister of the State Economic and Trade Commission Zhang Zhigang at the national meeting called today in Beijing for making a summary and doing a good job of the "Innovation Work" by Chinese enterprises. As is demanded by the minister at the meeting, construction of a national innovation system by enterprises centering on efforts for new creations of a new innovation system and setting up of a new market oriented mechanism is to be sped up. Statistics tell there are already 203 state-class technology development centers that have been founded and that an increased investment has already come to be made by Chinese enterprises to that end throughout China.
