State Councilor Meets Russian Delegation 　　State Councilor Wu Yi met on Wednesday afternoon with a Russian delegation led by Trade Minister Georgy Gabunia. 　　The delegation is in the Chinese capital to attend a regular meeting on bilateral trade and economic cooperation. 　　Wu and Gabunia voiced satisfaction with the results of an earlier meeting between the Russian minister and Chinese counterpart Shi Guangsheng. Gabunia and Shi met during the second session of the economic and trade subcommittee, one of the regular meeting mechanisms between prime ministers of the two nations. 　　The two sides noted that the establishment of a Chinese trade center and a Chinese bazaar in Russia will be important measures to strengthen bilateral trade and economic ties and will provide Russian citizens with a better understanding of Chinese commodities. 　　Representatives from the two sides tabled concrete proposals for promoting Sino-Russian economic and trade relations.
