Vice-Premier Urges Strict Measures to Control Logging 　　Vice-Premier Wen Jiabao recently instructed all localities to adopt strict measures to protect forest reserves and tighten controls over excessive logging. 　　Wen issued the instructions at an ongoing national forestry conference.
