China to Further Foreign Aid Work Reform ĦĦĦĦReform will continue to be carried out in China's foreign aid work, according to Minister Shi Guangsheng of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation at a national conference on foreign economic and trade work underway in Beijing. ĦĦĦĦReform measures to be conducted include: 1, promoting loan on favorable terms and guaranteeing timely arrival of bank capital; 2, pushing Chinese enterprises to cooperate directly with counterparts in the aid-recipient countries; and 3, reform of foreign aid project bidding system to let more enterprises take part in bidding and foreign aid programs..
