China to Further Foreign Aid Work Reform ����Reform will continue to be carried out in China's foreign aid work, according to Minister Shi Guangsheng of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation at a national conference on foreign economic and trade work underway in Beijing. ����Reform measures to be conducted include: 1, promoting loan on favorable terms and guaranteeing timely arrival of bank capital; 2, pushing Chinese enterprises to cooperate directly with counterparts in the aid-recipient countries; and 3, reform of foreign aid project bidding system to let more enterprises take part in bidding and foreign aid programs..
