African Countries Unhappy about IOC Decision ����A general complaint by sports authorities in African countries is that the IOC has made their members an international butt of bribery scandal. ����Of the nine members who have reluctantly resigned or have been dismissed by the IOC, six are from Africa, and one is under investigation. Sports officials from the African countries said that these guys form only one part of the corruptive IOC mechanism, but they have been described as rascals. Lavish gifts have been presented to all of IOC's members, not only those from Africa. The IOC's recent combing-out seems to be a conspiracy against Africa.
