A Cut of Losses in China's Textile Production ����According to a report from the National Textile Meeting called in Beijing today, for intensive organizational work and a reorganization of textile production and a merger of textile producers in China last year there has been brought about a reduction of RMB$2.6 billion yuan in the country's textile production. Textile producers and cotton mills have already achieved an increase in economic gains in 30 textile production centers from former 36 in China. Following a decision by the meeting, it is disclosed that further effort will have to be made by the country this year for a new cut of RMB$3 billion yuan of economic losses in textile production on the basis of economic gains last year.
