"Project Hope" Shifts Emphasis ����China Youth Development Funds announced to the public that the emphasis of "Project Hope" would move to grant tracking help to promising students while taking care of 2 million beneficiaries and train teachers from 7 thousand "Hope" schools. The shift is made for a steady decrease in the number of dropouts and a change of the children's demands for social aid in poverty-stricken areas. ����The method of donating money to children will go through major adjustment. The present method is to donate money to Youth Fund and the Fund will be held to find a receiver.
