"Project Hope" Shifts Emphasis ¡¡¡¡China Youth Development Funds announced to the public that the emphasis of "Project Hope" would move to grant tracking help to promising students while taking care of 2 million beneficiaries and train teachers from 7 thousand "Hope" schools. The shift is made for a steady decrease in the number of dropouts and a change of the children's demands for social aid in poverty-stricken areas. ¡¡¡¡The method of donating money to children will go through major adjustment. The present method is to donate money to Youth Fund and the Fund will be held to find a receiver. Following the adjusted method, with a list of primary schools by the Youth Fund from the poverty-stricken areas contributors will directly contact the schools and provide aid to the children targeted.
