Reform Measures to Be Introduced in Rural Power Management ĦĦĦĦIt is reported from the National Conference for a Reform of Management in Rural Power Supply that new reform measures will be introduced in rural China. According to Vice Minister Shi Wanpeng of State Economic and Trade Commission, a multitude of county-based electricity power supply companies will be formed in various counties throughout China. With power run by independent accounting units management of electricity is to be separated from government administration and accounts for power consumption in the rural areas will be settled on a household basis when a unified price is followed.
