While expanding domestic demand, we should actively develop foreign economic relations and trade and make better use of the domestic and international markets and resources, this is of utmost importance to China's current economic construction. 　　The international environment will be even more grim in regard to China's foreign economic and trade work, but there is still a fairly large room for China to expand the international market and develop foreign economic relations and trade 　　This year China will continue to implement an active financial policy and boost economic growth through expanding domestic demand, this is not in conflict with the effort to expand the international market and develop foreign economic and trade work, we must correctly handle the relations between the two. In carrying out economic construction, we should not rely only on the domestic market, but instead we should place full reliance on the domestic and international markets, and should regard expanding exports as the most important task in foreign economic and trade work. Various regions and departments should try by every possible means to enhance the competitiveness of China's export-oriented enterprises and export commodities, make energetic efforts to foster new points of export growth, make more and better use of foreign capital and reduce the influence of external unfavorable factors.
