Chinese Vice-Premier Meets OAU Deputy Chief 　　Chinese Vice-Premier Li Lanqing met in Beijing January 25 with Ahmed Haggag, deputy secretary-general of the Organization of African Unity (OAU). 　　During the meeting, Li gave a briefing on China's political and economic situation. He also exchanged views with Haggag on strengthening friendship and cooperation between China and African countries. 　　Haggag is here in Beijing at the invitation of China's Ministry of Culture.
