Baotou Issues Poverty Relief Medical Card ¡¡¡¡Baotou Central Hospital issued of its own accord poverty relief medical cards to a large number of people. By the end of last October they had released 50 thousand cards to poverty-stricken people. Any patient who holds the card may be exempted of all registration fee, 50% of bedding fee, 30% of major check-ups and operation fee, 20% fee for food.
