Concert Donations Given to Flood Victims ����Victims of China's destructive floods last year are to benefit from the 630 million yuan raised by a very successful concert staged late last summer. ����The three-hour emotional performance entitled "We Are Of One Mind", was performed to raise money for the needy in flood-hit regions and was sponsored by the China Charity Federation, China Red Cross Society and China Central Television. ����By the end of last August it had brought in cash donations and credits worth 630.3 million yuan from home and abroad. ����The donations of money and goods have now been sent to the flood-hit regions and used to assist rescue work, provide daily necessities and finance reconstruction projects.
