Uncoupling Work in China's Financial System Basically Completed ¡¡¡¡According to sources from the People's Bank of China, there were originally 3511 economic entities operating under all bank branches of the People's Bank of China. By the end of last December there were as many as 3226 of these or 92% of the total that had already unhooked their connections with the People's Bank of China.
