China, France Ink Agreement on Public Servant Cooperation
����China and France inked a Cooperative Public Servant Systems Agreement on January 18 in the Chinese capital.
����The agreement calls for China and France to cooperate in organizing and operating civil service departments, human resource management and administrative research, as well as sponsoring exchange of visits, lectures and symposiums.
����The two sides also agreed to form a mixed work team in charge of cooperative projects.
����Song Defu, China's minister of personnel, and Emil Zuccarelli, French minister of civil service, state reform and decentralization, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective governments.
